Each new patient is accepted into his practice based their location and their genuine desire to improve their health. Dr. Bajakian reserves the right to decline his on site treatment policy at his own discretion. SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENTS: Should you have the desire to take advantage of the “Complimentary Consultation” that we offer to those who may wish to learn more about their condition and how Chiropractic may assist in restoring their health, then please call our office. Office visits are by appointment only to ensure adequate time is afforded to each and every patient. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS: Payment for services rendered is expected at the time of the office visit. If PRIOR arrangements are made in advance, our office may accept assignment of insurance benefits. Such an agreement is dependant on confirmation of your insurance coverage by our office, your deductible being satisfied, and the appropriate co-payments being made at the time of each treatment. Our office has never turned a patient in need away due to lack of the ability to pay, but we have declined to treat those who lack the desire and responsibility to assist in improving their own health.
